Co-founder & CEO
Damien sets the vision at Eklipx, bringing over a decade of frontline trading experience to the table.
Before building Eklipx, he traded commodity derivatives at Société Générale, Armajaro OTC, Amius, and Cadogan Risk Management — giving him deep insight into the tools, pressures, and blind spots traders face daily.
He knows the market’s strengths — and its inefficiencies. Now, he’s focused on changing how risk, pricing, and insight are accessed, making commodities smarter, faster, and fairer for everyone.
Alex July
Co-founder & CTO
Alex leads tech at Eklipx with one clear principle: keep it smart, simple, and scalable.
A specialist in cloud-based architecture, he’s spent the last decade building systems that power trading and financial data — previously at Tradeweb, Amius, and WTW.
With a background in mechanical engineering, Alex applies the same focus on precision and clarity to every line of code. He’s hands-on, allergic to jargon, and committed to building tools that don’t just work, but actively level the playing field across the market.
